We will be having our Annual School Athletic Physicals on Monday, February 3rd and Tuesday, February 4th. On Monday, athletes will have their height, weight, blood pressure and vision checked. On Tuesday, February 4th the athletes will see the Dr. Athletes must attend both days and physical is not complete until they have seen the Dr. on Tuesday. It is very important that all parents/athletes log into their CURRENT DragonFly account and update the “PREPARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EVALUATION FORM” prior to February 3rd. All athletes must have this form updated in order to have physical completed.
While having a current physical is an AHSAA requirement, having the physical done at Hoover High School is optional. Athletes are not required to have it done at HHS. The fee for this is $25.00 and must be paid through myschoolfees.com.
