The Hoover Bucs (14-5, 1-0) got a big Area road win against Oak Mountain Tuesday night 54-39. The Bucs were led by Chip Culpepper in scoring with 13 points and 4 rebounds. Colby Carter chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. Parker Williams had 11 points and 5 rebounds. DJ Fairley finished with 10 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists. The Bucs return to action Friday night at Thompson.
